# List the review history of a Triage finding

> List the review events of one finding of your team in history order, oldest first. Events are append-only: an undo is a new event that points at the one it reverses. `before` and `after` are review snapshots only, never report content or task output. `writeback` records what a source write-back would do; Neo never executes it.
