# ProjectDiscovery Agent

> Asset discovery and intelligence using ProjectDiscovery Cloud Platform

ProjectDiscovery Agent brings your PDCP asset inventory, discovery scans, and the full Nuclei template library into Neo tasks. It enriches reconnaissance with data already collected by ProjectDiscovery, so Neo builds on what is known about your environment rather than starting from scratch.

## What it does

* **Asset inventory**: browses, filters, and queries your PDCP asset inventory, including identified misconfigurations and asset labels
* **Discovery scans**: creates and triggers asset discovery scans, retrieves results, and rescans existing assets
* **Nuclei templates**: searches, retrieves, validates, and manages Nuclei templates from the PDCP template library for detection and verification
* **Credential and secrets leak lookup**: checks for exposed credentials and leaked secrets associated with your domains
* **Team context**: reads workspace and team-level context from PDCP to inform task scope and coverage

## How it fits in

ProjectDiscovery Agent runs during the discovery phase when a task involves assets already inventoried in PDCP, or when Nuclei templates are needed for active detection. It reduces redundant scanning by pulling known asset data directly, and gives other testing agents a richer, pre-validated target list to work from.
