Pay as you go

Built for individuals and small teams who want to get straight to work. You get up to 5 seats and full access to Neo’s core functionality from day one.

Credits

Credits are how Neo measures the work it does. Every task draws from your credit balance based on the reasoning and infrastructure it needs. Simple tasks cost less; deep, multi-phase work costs more. Subscription credits Credits that come included with your plan.
  • Each seat receives a monthly credit allocation on the date you subscribed
  • Credits reset on that same date every month and don’t carry over
  • Each member has their own credit quota
Top-up credits Additional credits you can purchase separately when you need more.
  • You can buy top-up credits anytime your subscription credits run out
  • They kick in only after your subscription credits are used up
  • Shared across your entire team, so anyone can use them
  • You have up to 12 months to use them from the date of purchase
  • How many you can buy per month depends on your account type:
    • Personal email (Gmail, Outlook, etc.): up to 100 credits
    • Verified accounts (work or company email): up to 1,000 credits

Managing your plan

Adding seats: New seats are added immediately. You’re charged the full amount for the current period right away, and each new seat gets the full credit allocation straight away. Your renewal date stays the same. Removing seats: Removed seats retain access and credits until the end of the current billing cycle and won’t be included from the next one. Changing your credit tier: You can go up or down on your monthly credit allocation at any time. When you upgrade (more seats or a higher credit tier), the change takes effect immediately. You’re charged the full price difference for the current period right away, and you get the full credit allotment for the new plan straight away. Your renewal date stays the same. Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle. Changing your billing cycle: Switching from monthly to annual takes effect immediately. You’re charged the full annual price right away, your billing cycle restarts from today, and your next renewal is one year from now. You also receive the full monthly credit allotment for the current month straight away. Switching back to monthly takes effect when your annual term ends, with no additional charge until then. Cancellations: Your plan stays active through the end of the current billing cycle, so nothing gets cut off mid-cycle. You won’t be charged for the next one. Reactivation: Changed your mind? You can reactivate at any time. Your plan starts fresh from the reactivation date with a new billing cycle and credit allocation.

Enterprise Plan is designed for organizations scaling security testing across their teams. It includes everything in Pay as you go, plus:
  • Unlimited seats: Scale your team without seat restrictions.
  • Volume credit discounts: Credit costs decrease as your team’s usage grows.
  • Internal network auditing: Simulate post-compromise scenarios and test lateral movement across private networks.
  • Bring your own key (BYOK): Use your own LLM API keys for full control over model selection and data residency.
  • SSO and SAML provisioning: Centralize identity management and automate user provisioning through your existing IdP.
  • Dedicated VPC: Deploy Neo within your own private cloud environment or custom infrastructure.
  • Static egress IPs: All outbound traffic routes through fixed IP addresses, making allowlisting straightforward for internal targets.

No. Credits reset on your billing date each month and don’t carry over. If you’re regularly running out before the month is up, you can top up or move to a higher credit tier for the next cycle.
Neo will stop at that point. You can purchase top-up credits and pick up where you left off.
Yes. Annual billing gives you a discount compared to monthly. Credits still reset monthly on your billing date — the annual commitment is just how you pay, not how credits are distributed.
Yes. Your plan stays active through the end of the current billing cycle. You won’t be charged for the next one, and there are no cancellation fees.
Subscription credits come with your plan and reset monthly on your billing date. Top-up credits are purchased separately, shared across your team, and valid for 12 months. Top-ups only kick in once your subscription credits are used up.
A verified account is one registered with a work or company email. Verified accounts can purchase more top-up credits per month (up to 1,000) compared to personal email accounts (up to 100).
The seat retains access and credits through the end of the current billing cycle. After that, unused credits expire and are not transferred to anyone else.
Upgrades (adding seats, moving to a higher credit tier) and switching from monthly to annual take effect immediately.
