Prompt Library is a collection of saved prompts you can invoke instantly when starting a task. Use it to store your most effective task prompts, standardize common workflows, and share them with your team.

Using prompts from the library

Type / in the task input to open the Prompt Library. Select any prompt to load it into the task bar. Prompts can include dynamic placeholders using {variable_name} syntax, which get filled in at the time of use.

Creating a prompt

Click + New in the Prompt Library to create a new prompt. Each prompt has:
  • Title: a short name used to identify and search the prompt
  • Prompt content: the full prompt text. Use {variable_name} for any values that change between runs.
  • Category: organize prompts into categories to keep the library easy to navigate. Select an existing category or create a new one.
  • Visibility: set to Private (visible only to you) or Team (visible to everyone in your account).

Sharing with your team

Prompts set to team visibility are available to everyone in your account. This makes it easy to standardize how common assessments are run across the team, without each person maintaining their own version.
